At New York University I learnt cutting edge technologies including AR, VR and Machine Learning to design, develop and support interactive applications. Industry experience in interface design, development and support gave me much needed insights into technologies that affect business and life.
I'm passionate about architecting superior customer and user experiences using Interaction design skills, usability best practices, and coding skills. I have experience designing for desktop, mobile, and product design, as well as performing user research including usability tests, customer interviews, and ethnographic studies. I hold a Masters of Science degree in Interactive Telecommunications Program from New York University which is about Human Factors in Information Design. The focus of my degree was mobile and gestural interfaces, artificial intelligence, and managing effective teams, meta-cognitive aspects of human factors and HCI, and qualitative and quantitative approaches to usability analysis. I also have a Liberal Arts Bachelor's degree from Lahore University of Management Sciences. I have served clients including AAA, Fidelity, NBC, Design*Sponge, Bet365, CVS, Navy Federal Credit Union, Liberty Mutual, and HCA Healthcare.
As a designer and developer I have conceived, produced and user-tested prototypes in New York City communities and with the help of my cohort at New York University.
